Everything was done with efficiency - there was no unnecessary hanging about. Staff were all very friendly & helpful.
* Other than waiting fro future appt & prescription, could apps not be done by mail.

I don't think any improvement is necessary, the staff were very good, the treatment was explained and I could have asked any question I wanted to.
The ward was very clean and pleasant and welcoming.

Friendly staff who explained fully what was happening & informed me what to do on arriving home. Having had experience of both private and NHS hospitals in recent years I can honestly say there is no difference in the way I was treated I can only sing the praises of the NHS.
