The staff took great care in reassuring my son, and explaining every detail to him. One nurse even remembered him from when he was a baby and I think he especially liked this. The Dr we saw was so wonderful, caring and passionate about her job. Everyone we came into contact with was brilliant! A massive thank you - I actually sent an email to PALS saying this as well as telling a friend who I know works in a&e to pass on our thanks!

Not in the children’s A&E department- outstanding!
