Lovely staff, very attentive, provided great care.
Suggested improvements
The only downside was the long wait when she was uncomfortable and in pain. As soon as the anaesthetic was administered to her eye, the pain subsided.
Also the receptionist tried to diagnose the problem and guessed what was wrong rather than listening to us to tell get it was an injury not a long standing problem.
