The phsio lady spent our time on her asking me short questions and then more in depth questions. I found this very helpful as she gave me the impression not only did she want to help me but as long as I played my part doing the exercises etc then she would give it her best shot
Up to now people have paid lip service so really hoping she can put me on the right foot

No not at the moment I would have liked to have done more of the exercises but time ran away from us
