Booking in at reception was our longest wait 30mins. Triage was smooth and thorough where we were then sent to minor injuries for my daughter to be assessed. The lady we saw was great with my daughter and spoke to her only asking for my clarification where needed. My daughter was very at ease. Quick, efficient and thorough assessment and diagnosis.

Booking in the be a little smoother and not take quite so long, although I am aware flow of department and amount of patients booking in can’t be helped by reception staff.
