The care in Harwich hospital is first class, the nursing staff exceed expectations in all ways. They are always friendly, polite and cheerful. Nothing is to much trouble when it comes to patients well-being and comfort. The physio team work very hard encouraging patients back to mobility. Non-nursing staff are efficient, friendly and diplomatic when performing their duties in patient areas. Volunteer ward buddy Vicki Is often available for a chat and ward chaplain Ken pops in if patients require spiritual comfort. I mark Trinity Ward ten out of ten and it is a credit to the NHS . There are no improvements I can see needed.
