Great service and even better staff
What’s clear though is that staff are overstretched, weary and there’s simply not enough of them - I’m fairly sure this is not down to poor management locally but more trying to maximise what capacity you have despite national and local government policy and funding.
This is why I would definitely recommend Clover but can only give mostly two stars for the experience - at least you’ve got 2s so it’s not all bad!! Still 40% so a PASS in my BOOK
