I have felt cared about and supported during each session. Learned a lot about have to understand my feelings and work my way through them; It did not feel like therapy; just lots of conversation which was at times quite enjoyable even though it is a be! eavement journey for me.

Everthing was just light.

Carla was lovely and I felt relaxed from the minute and walked in to start my session. Staff on desk are very caring and helpful.

I would have liked more sessions, but understand the limit.

Every part of your service was faultless. Your carers went beyond the hands on care work. They treated my husband so kindly and also myself and daughter were cared for emotionally.

I did not know if counseling would be helpful to me or what to expect but Penny has been great at listening and giving perspective to different things and it really has been nicely helpful. I do feel it will help with how I cope with life and losses in the future.
