I believe the group could have benefited from knowing and talking about their cardiac 'case-history'. This could follow the introductions and give members of the group the opportunity to ask questions.

The care was 1st class. Maybe the week before the last session it is mentioned that the next week is the last one and then it does come as a shock when the person is told "today is your last day". I know from another couple of people that has been to you, they said the same thing. Thank you for your help and support.

First class, nothing too much trouble. I got benefit from the counselor Reiki, therapy and craft room. Such a relaxing and calming place. Loved every minute, wish it was longer than 12 weeks. Thank you.

I found my therapist wonderfully sympathetic and understanding. I felt they became like friends - they both had a sense of humour and I enjoy their company.

Professional but also informal, very caring and patient focussed. Great tips and advice on relaxation aids etc. Only minor point- sometimes hard to know if reception have notified practitioner of arrival- on one occasion it caused a significant delay as no one had noticed previous client leaving.

My treatment was wonderful and has helped me through a difficult time. It meant I had time for me and helped me to understand that this is important not selfish. Sharon made me feel relaxed and I was able to trust her completely. Wonderful.

I loved the care and consideration shown by all staff and art therapy were also very good. I guess we would all like more access to the therapies( I had 4 in my 12 weeks ) but understand that is governed by the no of therapists.
