Laura, Karen and Wendy were wonderful.
Very kind and caring.
So pleased your leaflet came.
Through my letter box.
Jilly too commanding and demanding.
I would be pleased not to have her treat me anymore. She really upset me. The other nurses are trusting and more tolerant.
I know I am v ill with several complaints but I will not be upset in a juvenile manner.
I hardly slept that night.
Please attend to my request for I will probably regain my health by you.
The encouragement was like fresh air as in not used to it at home.
No pressure but gentle support a "big surprise".
Better mobility.
Always greeted with a smile, treated with dignity and respect. Beautiful tranquil; surroundings. A positive experience.
Questions 3-8 sum up to what is good - the sessions I have attended have been well organised - having more than 3 in the group would have improved interactions.
This was heart therapy group. I would not call it care but I was well looked after in terms of the group. A larger group would have been better. Equally (Q7) I did not feel that I was being looked after. I was participating in a group. I'm sure I would have been looked after if that had become necessary.
All staff friendly and dedicated.
It was mum and her family's wish for her to stay at home till the end and you all helped her achieve that, it meant so much to us all.
She said she had never been so clean and her skin was kept impeccable (no bed sores either).
Nothing was any trouble and communication about mum to family was great.
We couldn't have asked for better care.
