The carers who came in the last few days were excellent. I have marked it down a bit because their was no help available over the Christmas previous itself especially at night. Thanks to wonderful {} I did cope, but not everyone has {} that!
Suggested improvements
Provision do input carer. Unfortunately my husband came to the end of his life over the Christmas/ new year period (he did on 2nd Jan)- I appreciate staffing difficulties at this time. Fortunately I have friends who are treated nurses like me, and above and beyond the call and {} stayed overnight so I could so to bed. Without them I could not have coped.
