Received excellent advice and support during my telephone sessions. I felt much better after each call. I feel still have a long way to go Helen helped tremendously.

The only thing I criticize would be waiting time for service to begin.

I had a phone counselling, Helen was very pleasant but difficult to et connection over the phone I was waiting for the counselling for a few weeks by which time was not as bad.

Only had one and a half sessions with Helen. I thought somebody would be in much worst position and need more support than I at the moment.

Craig my counsellor was supportive, caring and helpful. I felt able to talk freely to him and he was honest and helpful. It was a shame to hear h was leaving.
