I cannot express enough how greatful I am to ruth when I started my sessions I was so down and could not see any way forward. With her help and guidance I have started my obstacles and feel I now have a worth she is amazing.

Would have been better if session was face to face rather than over the phone.

I feel that in my care question 2 was not about decisions, but I was involved in the counseling. Questions. It takes a long time for me to trust as the sessions progressed I felt more relaxed. Q7 over all I felt more relaxed.

My counsellor was professional, caring and understanding throughout my counselling, she made me feel comfortable in disclosing my family history and did not judge. The counselling really helped.

Suggested improvements
Nothing- it was excellent.

It has helped me to process things and has helped me to cope with things better. Sarah seemed to be able to put me at ease, she has great!

Suggested improvements
I did have to wait a long time to get 1:1 counselling, as group would not worked for me. I would not have been able to open up to Sarah if I was in a group.

My support really tried to help me, even though I feel I am a lost cause. I valued the time she gave me, just wish there was more sessions as felt low when it ended.

Suggested improvements
My depression, anxiety and losses have been going on for 16 years and valued the support, but feel its just too short. So far me its more sessions.

Just what I needed and cleared my mind of a few points that were holding me back.

Suggested improvements
The service from start to finish was excellent. Just wish it could have been longer than six weeks.
