Beth came across really well and made me feel at ease and has clearly helped me come to terms with my loss and everything else that has happened to me for which I am very grateful thank you.
Suggested improvements
Upon reflection a face to face meeting may have been a better experience for me but realise this was not possible due to covid. Perhapy a zoom meeting covid be looked at as a way forward but for meeting could be looked at as a way forward but for me a phone call meeting x6 was more than adequate./nThank you.
