The care we received in Bay 17 was amazing, caring nurses whom helped dad so much. 10/10 stars for Reneta who was amazing.
Suggested improvements
When patients have had post-operation complications to process them as urgent as dad was waiting to be registered in A&E and had blackout and very low BP.

I am very satisfied, good care provided by the medical team, they are kind and caring.

Maybe offering a meal cause I was really starving. Reached the A&E at midnight and was still there at 7.50 pm.
