Although the wait in A&E was quite long the service given by Shannon and Bibiana Chikaodi umeadi and the security was very caring/professional lots of talking to my dad and listening to him.
Suggested improvements
The wait time at approx 5 am Sunday 24/4/22 was disappointingly long. My 86 dad in a lot of pain with urine retention since the 19/20 April and bowel retention. He was in a lot of discomfort waiting. Apart from the wait the service once seen was exceptional.

Care from the doctor and nurses was fantastic but was brought in at 2 o clock afternoon was seen very quickly eve was left on the trolley even when taken to trauma. Until sham with two sheets as pillows.
Suggested improvements
Food could be a little better. And maybe getting to award all night in A&E not nice with the noise.
