After reviewing my assessments, the doctors knew I was not well and in a serious condition. They went all out of for me and prioritised me to be seen as quick as possible.

All members of staff that I came in contact with treated me with kindness & compassion under difficult conditions. Felt extremely safe with the security guards patrolling the department at all times.

CT results need to come back quicker.

Lots of waiting....but the quality of the service makes up for it 10 fold.

Shorter waiting times...but with the over crowded country it's as good as it could be.

Staff even under pressure with how busy it was were kind and caring. Very understanding team. The ladies on the reception desk were so lovely they really want out of there way to make sure they could help me in any way they could. I unfortunately didn't get there names but they really deserve recognition for being sure a caring team on the front desk taking the brunt of people I pain.

My mother was looked after in a timely fashion with care and compassion

My mother was moved from RAFT to majors in a double ward unfortunately the man in the other bed ( curtain was closed ) both on oxygen and the man decided to light a cigarette I had to call nurses and security to sort the situation out

Everyone was very caring and considerate. I was very impressed. However hated the bed!!
