All staff from different sectors of the hospital were very friendly and keen to help. The hospital was very clean. I would recommend King Edward’s to my friends.

The two doctors who saw me treated me wi the respect and kindness. They listened carefully to my symptoms clarifying with me and checking they understood my symptoms properly to do all the right tests. They made me feel very comfortable.

It might be helpful to put an expected time the appointment could take. Mine was a lot longer than I realised, which was helpful but would have been good to know.

Because [name removed] the specialist nurse is the best nurse I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The information she has given me is some information that I was not aware of, and her aftercare is above and beyond.

Would have preferred appointment nearer to Bracknell and quicker than the wait time. Now waiting for actual hearing fitting appointment which could be a while. Have requested subsequent appointments to be in Bracknell or at St Marks in Maidenhead as I work opposite

[name removed] our CCG dietitian is always extremely helpful and will aim to address any difficulties in a prompt manner. She has helped a few challenges we had with GP surgeries with good outcomes and resolution. she is always very professional and a pleasure to work with in an MDT setting.
