Thank you so very much for making me feel so welcome and cared about. You are a wonderful organisation. This is such a valuable service, as a F/T carer having some dedicated time to focus on supporting me has been very beneficial. Rachel has been absolutely wonderful. Having time away, focused sessions to help me relax and think about me. mindfulness particularly useful.

It's a shame there are only 3 sessions offered. But I do appreciate the demand/resource issue. i would welcome further sessions if available.

It really helped me going, was able to address and talk about my issues and talked about things to manage.

Sometimes the time flew by and I might not have fully talked about what was bothering me, I got on a tangent.

My husband has dementia and is extremely suspicious of people, he was involved throughout the assessment and positive at the end which is a great achievement.
