I attend the clinic on a regular monthly basis and have always found staff at all levels to go above and beyond. Staff have always treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. They often understand your needs before you do due to their experience and expertise. They listen to your concerns, act on them appropriately and use laymen's term to explain things to you. Highly recommended.

Have been attending clinic for many months. Staff are always kind and caring. They often understand your needs before you realise yourself due to their experience . They are easy to talk to and if you have a problem they cant deal with, will refer you to someone else or give you the necessary info to try and help. All staff at the hospice are wonderful and cannot do enough for the patients .

Parking can be difficult. Sometimes have to park on the main hospitL carpark which then can be pricey when you come quite a lot . Maybe some kind of concession for patients attending the hospice?

Always treated with dignity and respect with Mel, every time I come to clinic, Mel always makes sure she goes above a beyond getting you information or helping with your query.

The staff here from booking in right through my treatment and leaving are attentive, lovely people whom go out of their way to ensure my needs and requests are met. The environment is beautifully finished too. My treatment ensures I can lead a better life and I feel Mel from lymphoedema does all she can with treatment and advice to support me. I can’t thank you service enough for all they offer. Thank you.

I can’t think of anything, the service for me merts all my needs and I thoroughly enjoy the experience.

The counselling given was like a hand pulling me out of a dark hole. Exactly what I needed. My only feedback would be that the wait time seemed quite long but once I had the sessions it really made a difference to me.

Just faster turnaround from referral to treatment

Nearly five years coming through Cancer - feeling vulnerable left alone after discharge, the Lymph Clinic were my support to help me gain back confidence lost and gave me positive thinking and treatment to get back to a more normal way of life. Any aspects even now of worry, I find I’m able to talk to Mel who can give me therapy assistance I am looking for. Thank you to all the Team.

From day one of coming to Katherine House over the last 3 years I have had Lymphoedema Treatment under the supervision of Mel Cotterill. Mel has been so good to me and explained everything from why I need Lymphoedema treatment and to how I can benefit. I come every month for treatment and are having good results. I feel so fortunate that this treatment is available to me. I have nothing but respect for all the staff and the beautiful surroundings that Katherine House offers. As a big Thankyou to Katherine House I donate monthly to a wonderful cause. Thankyou Katherine House for looking after me.
