After receiving treatment and care for the last five years I have found Mel has always given above and beyond support and care in the services KH offer, it has helped me to keep Positive and move forward with my life, to feel that I can always trust and rely on not only correct medication but also any advice going forward I might need.

I have been going foretreatment for my lymphoedema for a few yesrs now I have never had a problem with any of the staff they are very friendly and help full the two ladies that do the treatments are really great. I really appreciate the way it helps me....

From the second of Moms admission the care gentleness, kindness and thoughtfulness given from the every member of staff was more than excellent. Such a calm and loving place. Gardens and wildlife are just perfect. Hugs on tap and made us all feel at home. We were all kept informed every step of the way of changes in mom and meds given. Staff were attentive to her needs such as finding out about her music and liked foods to add into the personal care plan. We couldn’t have wished for anything more for her end of life care. Family members were also taken care of which was wonderful too.

So caring, so full of knowledge and advice, quick to make medication available from GP, reliable appointment keeping, help there on telephone, sympathetic and understanding.

7 day advice line would be a great advantage.

Very empathetic counsellor who let me unburden myself without any judgement or prejudice. Lovely calming atmosphere and it was great to talk, laugh and cry.
