The Consultation was undertaken by telephone due the restrictions of the pandemic.
An appointment time was given and calls were on time as arranged.
An in-depth assessment was undertaken initially within the limits of no personal contact or physical examination.
Advise and exercises were clear and followed up with an email with further details.
A step by step series of exercises were given as the condition improved.
The Physiotherapist had a very approachable, professional manner.
I think face to face contact is the best option but my care was managed very well considering the current situation.
