I myself cannot think of a single improvement which could be made - the staff may have one or two minor niggles, hardly unusual!
The whole ambiance of this facility; the design, the workmanship, furnishing and the wonderful gardens are a revelation.
The care and expertise the whole of the staff lavish on the patients is beyond compare (not to mention the patience shown).
I count myself to be almost unbelievably fortunate to be here.
P.S: In addition, I have been given hope and optimism for the future which I certainly lacked on arrival.
