Felt as if I was not treated with respect. Clinical didn't accurately write what I said happened. They made light of injury, possibly because it could be considered that what examination was done was insufficient. As soon as 'depression' was noted, I became seen and treated with less respect. Negative assumptions were made. They sent a report that was inaccurate, and labelled me as a drug seeker. Not everyone with mental health diagnosis will try to seek drugs, and I am absolutely appalled that they deemed me to be one. By having such an u reasonable, untrue report, it means that other Services may well take the same attitude. That is unfair. If possible I will not set foot in that place again. I was polite, respectful, accepted what I was told and what I was advised. There was nothing in my behaviour to warrant such a negative biased assumption. As much as I'd like to forget it happened, I am struggling to.
