I couldn't be happier with the care I received at BMI Hendon Hospital. The nursing staff knew I was nervous and they did all they could to keep me calm and comfortable. The staff were aware of my needle phobia and gave me emla cream to make me a little bit more comfortable.
The staff did everything they could to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
