The service I received from the Surgeon, Anaesthetist,, Recovery Staff and the Phsyiotherapist was excellent. I couuld not have expected more and I am grateful.
Improvement certainly needed regarding the ward staff who were very loud noisy and a bit of rude language used in their conversation among themselves. They failed to realise that the patients need peace to rest/sleep after returning from the surgery. Also there should have been a trained nurse to prepare the patient before surgery.
Please treat the above comments to improve the image of the hospital rather than a complaint. Thank you
