BMI Hendon is a very well run hospital. The staff are polite and the doctors, nurses, physio and medical staff are very kind and passionate about their jobs! The only issue I had was when I called to speak to the RMO and kept getting hung up on but eventually I got to speak to a doctor about my concern.
