This place has been in the news for its serious failings.I agree there are serious failings.my experience further proves this.the staff here inadvertently saw me, because my so called partner, who is abusive, so wrongly twisted things.I have a physical injury caused by his abuse and his aggression and his violence.However, abusers are manipulative and will say anything to get themselves out of the trouble they do, and abusers take no blame or responsibility for their actions.That is part of their abuse pattern.hellesdon did not pick up on this, but let my perpetrator of abuse twist things, lie about the fact that I had physically injured myself, and try to get them to so wrongly label me.I am an innocent victim of domestic mental and physical abuse.My abusive partner has got a mental problem, and has abused two others.he is a serial abuser.he is the one with the problem, but he did what all abusers do - he twisted everything, to lie and make out it was me with any such problem.This has been an awful time for me.I pleaded with the staff at hellesdon to listen to me and hear the truth I kept saying, in that I have got a real physical injury, with real physical discomfort.once these hellesdon staff get a hold on you, they will not listen to reason, and to the truth.I told them honestly, that I had a physical health issue.their ignorance, and stubbornness, and narrow-mindedness, led them to do a huge, enormous misdiagnosis!they have a duty of care to recognise abuse, but they did not.they should have seen that my partner has a mental problem, but they failed.they allowed themselves to be manipulated, and they let the abuser twist things.I have been so wrongly treated by many outreach staff from Hellesdon.they are so misled, and they are so wrong.they have proven they do not know how to spot abuse.they have proven they do not care if a person is physically ill, because they so wrongly did not listen, and they so wrongly labelled the innocent victim of abuse, when I have got a physical injury and I needed referring to proper doctors, who deal with physical anatomy, not the mind.they have been so very dangerous in listening to the lies and manipulation tactics of an abuser.they should not have let this happen.my partner has got a mental problem, which they ignored.god help anybody who really has got a mental problem, because hellesdon staff just cannot distinguish between mental and physical symptoms, no matter how much one tries to get the truth heard.It is correct that this hospital is in special measures and it is right that I am reviewing the fact that they so totally wrongly got the wrong end of the stick!!!
