Everyone that we have met within the Orthodontics Department has been amazing and made the journey so far an absolute breeze. From the ladies on reception, the Dental Assistants, to Mr Edwards, Ravi and the superstar of the team (Sue), I can't praise them highly enough for their guidance and support in order to prepare my son for getting his braces fitted, as they have been so focussed, caring yet firm where needed, welcoming and truly make you feel like you are a valued patient. Keep up the great work guys, as my one hope that the rest of his journey is as great an experience for my son and I as the first stage was, which is all down to your fantastic team!
The nursing staff are extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. The hospital in very clean and well sign posted so easy to find.
I was in for spinal surgery and thought I was well looked after both before and after my op . The ward was clean tidy and all the nhs team were really pleasant and friendly from the cleaners right through to the surgeons . In my opinion there is nothing that can be improved and even feeling great now 2 weeks post op
I was so nervous and apprehensive about having a general anaesthetic for the first time as an adult. All the staff during each stage of my procedure were absolutely brilliant. Friendly, professional & very reassuring.
The care was great and the service was first class. Mr Casserly and all the staff was outstanding.
I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the hospital itself very clean and welcoming. I was not waiting long and would definitely select Halton again.
The staff here were great and kept me informed of what was happening.
They were very friendly and supportive and Sue makes a great cup of tea.
All aspects of care and attention was excellent
Difficult to identify area(s) that could be improved
The staff were all very kind and helpful.
Everything was explained.
Responded quickly when I was crying in pain and was proactive in giving next pain relief. Very caring staff to me and my visiting mum. Only slight improvement was that when I needed the 3rd set of pain relief it was tea time and it went over 4 hours.
