The staff were warm and friendly, they explained things clearly and made sure I understood my options. The atmosphere was welcoming and it was good that we didn't have to worry about parking. I would also like to compliment Sister Ruth (don't know her surname) - if more staff had the same attitude towards people, not just patients but those attending with them, there would be fewer complaints about communication in the health service
