Very good experience. Kept updated throughout my time regarding the procedure, aftercare etc. Staff were amazing (especially the nursing sister looking after me, thank you). The consultant came to see me and the anaesthetist for a chat and to explain things and answer any questions. Nothing felt rushed.

Nothing. The entire experience was faultless.
