The care I received in ward B4 Day Care unit was excellent. For me everything ran very smoothly and efficiently. I was treated with dignity and respect and the process was explained to me beforehand.
Just one or two areas to note; I struggled to hear the doctor at times as they kept turning their head away when speaking, the voice was softly spoken and with an accent, so I think I missed some of the details regarding my case. Therefore it would be helpful if the doctor was mindful of my hearing problem.
It would also have been helpful to have sight of the ward telephone number prior to the operation - for family to get an update and pick up time.
