I can't fault any of the staff involved with me for my operation, from Gill and Chloe in the ward to Rosie and Debs in prep. I was cared for with care and all managed to help reduce my fears with the professional manner shown throughout the day.
The only complaint I do have, which though trivial, the clock above the ward door needs the date and day corrected. Trivial I know but it really was the only thing that annoyed me all day, and I did intend to mention it before leaving but slipped my mind and I would expect to be a maintenance job rather than something Gill or Chloe could resolve.
