I have had to visit out of hours on two occasions. Both within the same week for the same problem. Both times I called to make an appointment. From the time I picked up the phone I was treated with courtesy and kindness. The service was very fast and professional and not at any moment did I feel like you were wasting anybody's time.

Came to A&E, unaware of out of hours. Was directed here by A&E desk, seen within 20 mins, wait at A&E was two and a half hours!
