The attitude my family had towards us from labour ward nurses wasn’t 5*. I was absolutely go smacked to be honest. Saying that my niece couldn’t see her newborn sister. That was the first thing that got said to is from the nurse. Not even a hi.! Only told is 2 at a time can go in. That was fine, then as if me and my dad were a piece of poop and were like can you wait outside. We waiting for 20-25 minutes for myself and my dad to go in and see our little girl. My mum comes out and said that dad can go in but they said no more visitors. No explanation from the nurse at all! Disappointed and disgusted by their actions.
