I was in a&e in glangwili “ not of choice “ Living more toward Haver-West ,, anyway i was there and was seen by a lovely woman ever so polite and helpful in a green uniform said her name is trudie , she was short like me so was comforting kind of , Anyway she listened to me and nothing was too much hassle for her ‘ had all the masks and bits on so did i , Trudie was a nice person as i was scared due to the virus and didnt want to bother the nhs she kept me calm and after starting the day nervous scared and just upset wanting any excuse to stay away trudie ended it with a smile on my face ‘ she didnt stop bless her . Shame all were not like her ! Did notice a&e was busy and some people need to help the staff by not tirning up with such stupid injuries that could be better dealt with on a good sleep and a pain killer at home , The staff still dealt with some pointless people in a&e regardless of wasting their time ,,Credit to glangwili and nhs , Well done ,, i aint coming back tho “ no offence “
