This place is dirty, floors not cleaned, dirty treatment rooms , a lot of mentally unstable people walking in to the A&E and claiming they are physically ill when the problem with them is clearly psychiatric.
Waiting times are too long , lots of trainee doctors with not much clue what they are doing.
Doctors busy on weekends and evenings doing their private work while receiving NHS pay as well , bring back geriatric hospitals across Wales and build them overnight as if they were the fake covid hospitals most of which stayed empty.
