You need to get some parts of the service to attend faster i.e occupational therapy. As I was struggling immensely.

Have only contact via telephone calls at my instructions so only am able to complete step 1 partly. I was shocked and very disappointed to learn that the SPLT do not provide hands on nursing care and that they are McMillan - which I have supported for years vis coffee mornings, collections etc. TV ads misleading.

No6 Staff shortage at times, they do their very best in situation. More staff on cancer unit needed not being replaced. Pharmacy slow at times, nurses having to push for our treatments, making stay for chemo, up to one hour late, start or appointments, makes it a much longer day.
