The nurse was lovely and saw me straight away and diagnosed etc and was in and off to Claxton hospital within 15 minutes
The receptionist was horrible and had no patient care I had broken my arm and cut open the other side of my arm and all I wanted to do was sit down agave a glass of water before I was sick and passed out but she wasn’t very helpful
Suggested improvements
Better reception staff treating the patients
