I was greeted cheerfully when I went in the centre, there was no queue, the reception staff were both pleasant and helpful.
The lady who looked at my foot injury was very helpful. Informative and able to address any worries I had about my sprained ankle. Her confidence and knowledge meant I came out feeling far happier about how my injury would progress.
I am very grateful for that.
