The service was not open on time. No one to check in with. I called the number who answered in Colchester and rang through to where I was waiting. The nurse was quick, did not clean the thermometer before or after use and did not offer an X-ray on my daughters fingers. Just felt couldn’t be bothered and wanted to get rid of us. It took a lot for me to take my daughter to the hospital due to nerves about covid etc and just did not think time or understanding was given
