Thought I had fish bone stuck in my throat. Explained that I’d had lateral flow tests (negative) & also the vaccine but was told this was no help & they’d rather not look in people’s throats.
Not much I could really do or say to that.
Suggested improvements
I was anxious to be there so additional reassurance may have helped
