Everything was great. It was sometimes difficult to hear nurse effectively owing to my hearing impairment but that is one of the challenges currently with the use of masks!

Great service. Unfortunately my GP surgery (Fronks Road) is not great and been uncontactable for two days, hense the need to use walk in.

Nothing. One of the best facilities I have used.

I fail to understand how a minor injuries establishment can work effectively without an x ray department.
The nurse was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
The Receptionist was surely and unfriendly.

The service I received was very quick and well cared for. The staff always have a smile and are very attentive.
So pleased we have this hospital as the only other option would be to go either to Clacton or Colchester where the queues would be very long and would take hours to of been seen and treated.
Suggested improvements
I could of been told a bit more on how to look after my sprained ankle. I was told to elevate it and take paracetamol for the pain but not how bad my sprain was or how long before I should take weight on it. Maybe a leaflet on sprains would be good.
It's only a small thing but saves you googling it and possibly doing yourself more harm.

I was seen quickly but didn’t feel I was really listened to considering what was written & repeated back to me by the radiographer was incorrect.
Someone in scrubs kept coming out & gossiping with the receptionist which I felt was unprofessional & from the waiting room you can also hear raucous laughter coming from the treatment area which suggests your treatment is not as important to the staff as a private conversation.
Suggested improvements
Seeing the patients before having non work related conversations would provide a more professional & timely service.
