Care was very good. Problem was that no clear instructions had been provided to the staff as to treatment prior to procedure. This left the staff confused over what action to take. It didn't help that what information that was given to the staff was conflicting. The ward team were very helpful.

Very good came once seen however long waiting time- this time 2 hours & previous trip mid November 5 hours.
