I had a suspected mini heart attack and was home alone, eventually I felt able to call My gp who said I should have called an ambulance but I didn’t want the fuss but I did agree to go into hospital to the clinical assessment area for a heart trace and bloods to be taken so made way there… a lady in the green top (I think assistant) glared at me and in a rude manner asked my name and why I was there .. she asked if I was still in pain and I replied yes and then escorted me to a waiting area and told me my wait would be 5~6 hours … I sat for about 30 mins but I was in pain and thirsty so I went back told them to remove my name and that I was just going home after giving my name 2 times and lady in a dark blue top (nurse I think) glared at me and equally as rude as her colleague demanded my name …. I’m old enough to remember when hospital staff were thought on as angels …. Not anymore that’s for sure
