Information is not shared with the parents. Treatment plans are discussed between the Dr's and nurses, but the parents are left out. The parents are told one thing and another route is taken. A treatment plan supposedly in place is changed with no prior warning, new people / specialists are involved with no notice or parents being notified. After over 18 months of attending CAMHS my child has shown no improvement - is actually worse and we are getting no where. We have been told that our child needs to physically hurt themselves before help will be offered. The service is useless and totally dire.
