Patient unable to write. When asked how we had looked after her she replied "All nice things". She asked ward clerk to write it down.

All staff very kind at Ellemere Port, don't find the same at countess too much admin only interests in get off people out, who have worked and paid all their debt.

I want to thank everyone on the ward for showing such kindness, understanding and patience and great care for me all the weeks I have been here. I would not have asked for more. The ward is wonderful a happy ward with very special staff, who have made me so comfortable and well.
