I attended the hospital for a fracture on my wrist. Jackie Pascall and Dr Nagraj ensured that I was processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. They made me feel at home given the unpleasant circumstances, turning a bad experience into a better one. Jackie kept an eye on me as I was being bounced between the X-ray unit, A&E and made sure I was not lost in the system.

Just wanted to say thank you to the doctor (phlebotomist?) who did my blood test Friday 30 Oct at Ealing. I was too distracted to get his name, sorry. He was very kind and efficient and looked after me when I felt ill during the process, he didn't rush me at all. Even came to check on me afterwards! Please thank him for me.
