Good service provided, to my knowledge, I think the patient responded well to it and definitely worth doing.

As a parent of a child who is showing counseling, it would of been nice to receive some feedback on how they were doing. That way I could help at home more if pointers were provided.

Excellent everyone is compassionate and thoughtful, as a patient I do not feel rushed.

Dorothy House nurse made 1st visit. Promised the earth as in attendance allowance, equipment blue badge no one contacted us, after several days I rang to loo told Megan out sick I asked for someone else to come, had a date and time, 1 hour before had phone call to Canall, as she was off sick, I had to hire equipment from Red Cross, got collect, district nurses had not had a referral very let down! My husband passed away 31st January with a lot of let downs and anxiety.

Reading the above I think you can answer that one! To little to late! I have filled in this form on behalf of my husband, and share his disappointment we thought we would get help and support. Talk a good story but delivery nothing.

Absolutely outstanding care from the hospice at home team. Wonderfully compassionate and knew just what to do in a time of need.

We really couldn't be more grateful for your support. We had Sarah Lee who couldn't have been more helpful or reliable, with whom we felt completely safe and comfortable about leaving mum. To have someone take the responsibility off our shoulders for a night has an impact far beyond 9 hours. It frees us and gives us the space and resilience to be les tired afterwards and therefore more compassionate and available. Thankyou so much.

Nothing. Oh - possibly not wear perfume as I'm allergic to it but that's nobodies fault and I'm not the one in the room with it anyway..
