The information I was given helped me to understand my condition and how to manage this myself. Being involved in decision making is very important, so patients feel respected and treated with dignity as a person not a patient number. Whether physical and/or mental illness people are more likely to make a faster and better recovery when treated with respect and compassion. Tone of voice and a few kind words go along way. Thank you for the good service I received on this occasion. And thank you to ALL NHSstaff who work so hard. You deserve to be paid more and your value needs to be recognised by the powers that be/government. Know that the public is right behind you. THANK YOU EVERYONE.
